This is the website terms and conditions (terms) for Minderoo Foundation Limited ATF The Minderoo Foundation Trust (ABN 24 819 440 618), along with its related entities (referred to herein as Minderoo Foundationweus or our). The Early Years Partnership (previously the Early Years Initiative) is a partnership between Minderoo Foundation and the Western Australian Government, lead by The Department of Communities (ABN 41 889 424 592) and supported by Telethon Kids Institute (ABN 86 009 278 755) performing the role of evidence and evaluation partner (referred to herein as Partners).

The Early Years Partnership is a project of Thrive By Five, an initiative of Minderoo Foundation.
